Local athlete Brian Murray visited our school this week to give some very valuable advice to our athletics team before the County Tipperary Cross Country Championships which took place on Wednesday the 28th. Brian competed recently at the world police and fire service games in New York and won both a gold and silver medal in the 1500 metres and 800 metres races respectively. We thank Brian for taking time out to call into us and the super words of advice he passed on.
