In\u00a0 early\u00a0 December\u00a0 Miss\u00a0 Kelly,\u00a0 Miss Brown ,\u00a0 Miss\u00a0 Teehan\u00a0\u00a0 and\u00a0 the\u00a0 boys\u00a0 of\u00a0 sixth\u00a0 class decided\u00a0 to\u00a0 have\u00a0 a\u00a0 special\u00a0 Christmas\u00a0 breakfast,\u00a0 for\u00a0 our\u00a0 parents\u00a0 to\u00a0 show\u00a0 them\u00a0 our\u00a0 appreciation\u00a0 for\u00a0 the\u00a0 work\u00a0 they\u00a0 do\u00a0 for\u00a0 us.\u00a0<\/p>\n
We\u00a0\u00a0 started\u00a0\u00a0 by\u00a0 writing\u00a0 a\u00a0 menu .\u00a0 Then\u00a0 all\u00a0 of\u00a0 us\u00a0 remembered\u00a0 the\u00a0 school\u2019s\u00a0 healthy\u00a0 eating\u00a0 policy\u00a0 for\u00a0 children\u00a0 to\u00a0 have\u00a0 healthy\u00a0 lunches.\u00a0 Most\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 food\u00a0 on\u00a0 our\u00a0 menu\u00a0 was\u00a0 fried\u00a0 so\u00a0 we\u00a0 wrote\u00a0 a\u00a0 letter\u00a0 to\u00a0 our\u00a0 principal\u00a0 Mr. Healy\u00a0 asking\u00a0 for\u00a0 permission\u00a0 to\u00a0 waive\u00a0 the\u00a0 healthy\u00a0 eating\u00a0 policy.\u00a0 At\u00a0 lunch\u00a0 time\u00a0 we\u00a0 left\u00a0 it\u00a0 on\u00a0 his\u00a0 desk.\u00a0 After\u00a0 he\u00a0 read\u00a0 it\u00a0 he\u00a0 wrote\u00a0 back\u00a0 saying\u00a0 that\u00a0 we\u00a0 can\u00a0 hold\u00a0 the\u00a0 breakfast.\u00a0<\/p>\n
So we\u00a0 got\u00a0 to\u00a0 work\u00a0 writing\u00a0 invitations\u00a0 to\u00a0 our\u00a0 parents\u00a0 and\u00a0 we decorated\u00a0 our\u00a0 classroom.\u00a0 We\u00a0 put\u00a0 table\u00a0 clothes\u00a0 the\u00a0 tables.\u00a0 Then\u00a0 the\u00a0 three\u00a0 teachers\u00a0 went\u00a0 and\u00a0 got\u00a0 Centra\u00a0 to\u00a0 prepare\u00a0 the\u00a0 food.\u00a0 They\u00a0 also\u00a0 got\u00a0 cutlery.\u00a0 We\u00a0 decided\u00a0 to\u00a0 host\u00a0 it\u00a0 on\u00a0 the\u00a0 19th\u00a0of\u00a0 December.\u00a0 When\u00a0 the\u00a0 day\u00a0 came\u00a0 the\u00a0 teachers\u00a0 and\u00a0 the\u00a0 boys\u00a0 went\u00a0 into\u00a0 class\u00a0 a\u00a0 bit\u00a0 earlier\u00a0 to\u00a0 make\u00a0 the\u00a0 fruit\u00a0 salad\u00a0 and\u00a0 organise\u00a0 the\u00a0 rest\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 class.\u00a0 At\u00a0 quarter\u00a0 to\u00a0 ten\u00a0 some\u00a0 boys\u00a0 waited\u00a0 outside\u00a0 to\u00a0 welcome\u00a0 the\u00a0 parents.\u00a0 As\u00a0 the\u00a0 parents\u00a0 arrived\u00a0 all\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 boys \u00a0guided\u00a0 their\u00a0 parents\u00a0 to\u00a0 their\u00a0 seats.\u00a0 A\u00a0 couple\u00a0 of\u00a0 more\u00a0 boys\u00a0 went\u00a0 around\u00a0 offering\u00a0 drinks.\u00a0 The\u00a0 food\u00a0 arrived\u00a0 and\u00a0 the\u00a0 teachers\u00a0 placed\u00a0 the\u00a0 food\u00a0 on\u00a0 a\u00a0 table\u00a0 so\u00a0 everyone\u00a0 could\u00a0 help\u00a0 themselves\u00a0 to\u00a0 what\u00a0 they\u00a0 preferred.\u00a0 Everyone\u00a0 sat\u00a0 down\u00a0 together.\u00a0<\/p>\n
There\u00a0 were\u00a0 Christmas\u00a0 crackers,\u00a0 a\u00a0 lot\u00a0 of\u00a0 chat\u00a0 and\u00a0 everyone\u00a0 had\u00a0 a\u00a0 great\u00a0 time.\u00a0 Two\u00a0 boys\u00a0 read\u00a0 out\u00a0 speeches\u00a0 thanking\u00a0 our\u00a0 parents\u00a0 for\u00a0 coming\u00a0 and\u00a0 the\u00a0 teachers\u00a0 for\u00a0 making\u00a0 it\u00a0 happen.<\/p>\n
